These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Member," "You") and Bonas88 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform," "bonas88"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bonas88.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any service on the bonas88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Bonas88 may, at its discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without notice if it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Access to and use of the bonas88 platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence basis for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, resale, aggregation, or on behalf of any third party without express prior written consent from bonas88.

By using the platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal gaming and entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's software, systems, or security mechanisms.
• You will not use any automated script, bot, crawler, scraper, or other automated tool to interact with the platform in any manner.
• You will not use the platform in any manner that could disrupt, damage, overburden, or impair its infrastructure or the experience of other users.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the platform.
• You will not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or account access to any third party.
• You will not engage in any conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or abuse promotional offers.

Bonas88 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of these Terms. Any conduct deemed by bonas88 to be in breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account(s).

Bonas88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

Deposits: A minimum deposit of RM30 applies across most payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. Bonas88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or public holidays.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to certain exceptions permitted by our compliance team.
• Bonas88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our fraud prevention or anti-money laundering thresholds.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general principles apply to all bonus awards:

• Bonuses are available to members who meet the eligibility requirements specified for each promotion. Bonas88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each member may claim a given welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or other means — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balances. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly disclosed at the time of offer.
• Bonas88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect pending wagers already placed under the original promotion terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus interpretation or entitlement, the decision of bonas88 shall be final and binding.
• Members suspected of exploiting promotions in bad faith — including coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting on the platform, or systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the bonas88 sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino section are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market. General rules applicable to all gaming activity include:

• Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where explicitly permitted in the product rules.
• In the event of a system error, network failure, or manifest technical malfunction resulting in an erroneous bet confirmation or payout, bonas88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• Bonas88 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, Formula 1, NBA, and major e-sports tournaments. Market availability and odds are subject to change without notice.
• All casino games available on the platform employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel.
• Bonas88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the outcome has been materially influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of sporting misconduct, regardless of when such information comes to light.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bonas88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account, either alone or in conjunction with other individuals.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including identity documentation submitted during KYC.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or under-age status.
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bonas88 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content through the platform that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or unlawful.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other members or any restricted area of the platform's systems.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls.

All intellectual property rights in and to the bonas88 platform — including but not limited to its software, source code, databases, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, and documentation — are and shall remain the exclusive property of bonas88 or its licensed content providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted only the limited licence described in Section 5 (Terms of Use) above, which may be revoked at any time. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any bonas88 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bonas88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if bonas88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bonas88's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bonas88 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability — targeting 99.6% uptime — we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

Bonas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The member has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations require such action; or
• The member has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.

In the event of account closure for cause, bonas88 reserves the right to withhold any funds determined to have been acquired through prohibited conduct. Any legitimate Real Money balance remaining following investigation will be returned to the member via the original deposit payment method, net of any applicable charges.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules before your account is closed. Any remaining Real Money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Bonas88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across our entire platform. We believe that gambling should be a source of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to protect members who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling habits.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bonas88 holds its international online gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact bonas88's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Bonas88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the binding jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause shall limit bonas88's right to seek emergency injunctive relief before any competent court.

Bonas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, with no less than 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where:

• The changes are required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately;
• The changes are minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates that do not materially alter your rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request closure of your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, clearly marked with the date of last update. We recommend that members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
